SheetCleaner Pro is shutting down, effective April 17, 2026 — and before we do, we want to be completely honest with you about what happened.
We did not deliver the product you deserved. The app had significant technical issues that prevented it from working reliably, and our Google Sheets add-on was ultimately removed from the Google Workspace Marketplace, making the core product non-functional. We should have caught these problems earlier, communicated more clearly, and held ourselves to a higher standard. We did not, and we are truly sorry for that.
Many of you signed up, trusted us with your time, and expected a product that worked. We fell short of that. That is on us, not you.
What about your subscription and payments?
No payments were ever processed. You have not been charged anything, and you never will be. All subscriptions have been cancelled. No action is required from you.
