Learn how to clean and organize your Google Sheets data efficiently
Getting Started
1. Installation
Install SheetCleaner Pro from the Google Workspace Marketplace:
- Open your Google Sheet
- Go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons
- Search for "SheetCleaner Pro"
- Click Install and follow the prompts
2. Basic Usage
Once installed, access SheetCleaner Pro through:
- Extensions → SheetCleaner Pro → Open
- The sidebar will open with cleaning options
Features
Text & Whitespace Operations
Comprehensive text manipulation and cleaning tools:
- Clean Whitespace: Remove extra spaces, tabs, and line breaks
- Change Text Case: Convert to UPPERCASE, lowercase, Proper Case, or Sentence case
- Find & Replace: Find specific text and replace with new text
- Add Prefix/Suffix: Add text to the beginning or end of each cell
- Remove Characters: Remove letters, numbers, symbols, or custom characters
Structural Operations
Reorganize and restructure your spreadsheet data:
- Split Column: Split by comma, space, semicolon, full name, or custom delimiter
- Join Columns: Merge multiple columns with custom separators
