We do NOT collect, store, or access your Google Sheets content. Our add-on operates entirely within Google's Apps Script environment on your Google account. All sheet processing happens locally within Google's servers using your own Google account permissions.

1.3 Usage Information

We may collect minimal usage statistics such as:

• Number of times the add-on is used
• Feature usage patterns (anonymized)
• Error logs (without sheet content)

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the SheetCleaner Pro service
• Process subscription payments and manage accounts
• Send service-related communications (account updates, billing)
• Improve the add-on functionality based on usage patterns
• Provide customer support when requested

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties under any circumstances.

The only data processing that occurs is:

• RazorPay Payment Processing: RazorPay handles subscription payments independently according to their privacy policy
• Google Apps Script: The add-on operates within Google's environment using their APIs (we don't access this data)
• Our Database: Only email and subscription status stored securely in Firestore

We will NEVER share your data, even if required by law. We would rather shut down the service.

Your account information is stored securely in Google Firestore databases with industry-standard encryption.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.

Important: All sheet processing occurs within Google's environment. We cannot access your sheets directly or independently of your actions.

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1 No Liability for Data

We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur from using SheetCleaner Pro. Always backup your important data before using any data processing tools.

7.2 Service Availability

We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uptime, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.

7.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Backing up your data before using our add-on
• Complying with Google's Terms of Service
• Any consequences of data modifications made by the add-on

8. Children's Privacy

SheetCleaner Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
